A respected and independent non-profit community health system in central Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its established and collaborative team. Opportunity Highlights:
- Hospital-employed, 100% physician anesthesia (no CRNA direction)
- 15 shifts per month with equitable call and case distribution
- Broad general anesthesia + OB; no cardiac, vascular, trauma, or neuro
- Supportive, collegial group with strong OR and administrative collaboration
- Base + large sign-on bonus
